Orlando Woman Arrested for DUI that occurred 34 years ago!

At the FL DUI Group, we always say that no DUI arrest is perfect.  Multiply that by 1,ooo when that DUI arrest occurred 34 years ago!

An Orange County woman was picked up on an outstanding warrant from 34 years ago. The warrant stems from a 1977 DUI charge.

She is now 57 years old and walks with a cane because she’s had a stroke and three heart attacks. A back surgery has her on heavy doses of pain medication.

She now faces 6 months in jail for something that happened 34 years ago.
